Spring has begun and the number of cats arriving at our shelter is increasing again. It is difficult for cats to find a home quickly and many purring cats stay with us at our shelter for a long time. We use wood pellets in our litter boxes, which cats like and are also natural. He wandered around looking for food because no one cared about him. It seemed that he had lost his way very far from home. The quiet and gentle cat finally ended up in the yard of a person, into whose heart he crept. Since the finder could not take him in, the local government was notified and permission was obtained to bring the cat to the shelter. In the village where he had settled, no one knew him and did not recognize him as his own. His coat was dull and there were hairless patches in places. Like most homeless cats or cats that have wandered for a long time, he also had ear mites living in his ears. He has received the necessary parasite control treatments, is vaccinated, microchipped, and sterilized.
