What can be reported?
You can report, for example, fraudulent or misleading listings, possible breaches of the laws applying to the sale or keeping of animals, content infringing copyright or other rights, false information or identity misuse, offensive or otherwise prohibited content, and any other situation that may breach the law or the Loom24 Terms of Use.How do I report a problem?
The easiest way is to use the "Report" button on the listing or post in question. Alternatively, you can submit a report via the following link: /listings/[listing-id]/report or /lost-and-found/[post-id]/report.Where possible, please include in the report a link to the reported content, a description of the problem, any supporting evidence, and your name and email address. By submitting a report you confirm that the information provided is accurate and correct to the best of your knowledge and that the report is made in good faith.What happens after a report is submitted?
We review all reports within a reasonable time and assess them objectively and impartially. Depending on the situation, we may leave the content unchanged, request additional information, restrict the visibility of the content, remove the content, restrict or close the user account, or apply other necessary measures.Submitting a report does not automatically mean that the content will be removed or that measures will be applied to the user.Notification of the decision
If you have given us your contact details, we may send a confirmation that your report has been received and inform you of the outcome of the procedure. If we remove content or apply restrictions to a user, we inform the affected user of the reasons for the decision and of the available means of contesting it.Contesting a decision
If you believe we have made an incorrect decision, you can contact us and ask for the case to be reviewed again. This does not limit your right to turn to a competent authority or court.Preventing misuse
Loom24 may decline to process manifestly unfounded, incomplete, or malicious reports and may restrict the activity of persons who repeatedly submit knowingly false or malicious reports.Relation to other documents
