Service Provider Pilot Terms

The terms on which service providers are listed on Loom24 during the pilot period
Effective from: September 2, 2026Loom24 (loom24.ee) is launching its services catalogue. This page sets out, in plain language, the terms on which your service is shown on Loom24 during the pilot period. These terms are published by OÜ Pecunium Invest (registry code 14971397), a company registered in the Republic of Estonia.

In short

  • 6 months free. Showing your service on Loom24 is completely free during the pilot period. We do not ask for billing details and there are no hidden costs.
  • Nothing changes automatically. A paid period never starts by itself. Cooperation continues after 6 months only with your explicit consent.
  • Prices announced 60 days ahead. We announce future prices at least 60 days before the pilot period ends.
  • Leave at any time. You can remove your profile whenever you want, with no reason, notice period or penalty.

1. Free pilot period

The pilot period lasts 6 months and starts from the official launch of the Loom24 services catalogue. We notify every participating service provider of the launch date by email. Throughout this time, showing your service on Loom24 is free: we charge no sign-up fee, monthly fee or commission and do not ask for billing details. The free period does not oblige you to continue cooperating with us afterwards.

2. What happens after 6 months

Our pricing model is still taking shape and will be settled during the pilot period. Once prices are set, we send them to you by email at least 60 days before the pilot period ends. Paid cooperation starts only once you have reviewed the prices and agreed to them in writing. If you do not give your consent, we remove your profile when the pilot period ends and you incur no costs or obligations.If we fail to announce prices in time, your listing stays free until we have announced them and 60 days have passed.

3. Leaving

You may leave Loom24 at any time, without giving a reason and without notice. An email to info@loom24.ee is enough. We remove your profile from the public site within 5 working days.

4. What Loom24 provides and what we do not promise

We create a profile for you (description, images, prices, contact details), bring your service to our visitors and pass enquiries from interested customers on to you. We may also feature you in our marketing channels, such as social media and our newsletter.We cannot promise a specific number of enquiries or customers, or any sales result.

5. Your obligations

We ask you to ensure that:
  • the information in your profile (description, prices, contact details) is accurate and up to date, and that you notify us of changes;
  • you have the right to use all images, logos and texts you send us;
  • your activity is lawful and you hold the permits and registrations required to provide your service;
  • you respond to customer enquiries within a reasonable time and deal with customers honestly.
You are responsible for the quality and price of your service and for any agreements made with customers. The contract for providing the service is concluded between you and the customer. Loom24 is an intermediary and is not a party to that contract.

6. Your images, logo and texts

You grant us a free licence to use your name, logo, images and texts on the Loom24 site and in our marketing channels to promote your service. The licence lasts as long as your profile is on the site. All rights to your materials remain with you.

7. When we may remove a profile

We may suspend or remove your profile if the information provided is misleading, the content is inappropriate or infringes the rights of others, your activity breaches the law or these terms, or we receive repeated substantiated complaints from customers. As a rule, we warn you first and give you the opportunity to put things right.We also have the right to develop and change the site and, where necessary, to end the pilot period with 30 days of notice. In that case too, you incur no costs.

8. Liability and data protection

Loom24 is not liable for the service you provide or for disputes between you and a customer. Nor are we liable for damage caused by technical faults on the site, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.You use customer data that reaches you through our site only to respond to the enquiry and to provide the service, and you do not pass it on to anyone else. Both parties comply with personal data protection requirements (GDPR). The Loom24 Privacy Policy sets out how we process personal data.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. If the changes do not suit you, you may leave at any time. No change can make the pilot period paid without your explicit consent. These terms are governed by Estonian law.The Loom24 Terms & Conditions continue to apply to your use of the platform in general. Where these pilot terms and the Terms & Conditions differ in respect of your catalogue listing, these pilot terms prevail.

10. Acceptance

You accept these terms by confirming in writing, for example by replying to our email with the words "I agree to the Loom24 pilot terms". By doing so you confirm that you know the pilot period is free, that paid cooperation starts only with your consent, and that you may leave at any time.
